Readyville straddles the Rutherford / Cannon County line east of Murfreesboro along Highway 70S, and it’s the most rural part of our coverage area. Properties here are mostly multi-acre, the housing stock leans older, and the cleanouts skew toward the bigger end of the spectrum — full barn cleanouts, multi-decade outbuilding clearings, and estate-sale property prep. We make the drive because it’s worth the trip when the loads are this substantial.

Drive Time Built Into the Schedule
Readyville is the longest haul in our service area, so we usually batch jobs out there with Milton or Lascassas runs to keep things efficient. That sometimes means a 1–3 day window rather than same-day scheduling, but the price stays in line with the rest of our service area — no rural surcharge for properties within our normal coverage.
Long Drives, Soft Ground
Most Readyville properties have long driveways, often gravel or grass, with soft ground in spring. We bring trucks suited for that, but if the weather has been wet we may park up the drive and shuttle to the load to avoid leaving ruts.
